There were still lights on in that building. Otto walked on, then noticed something was wrong; a line appeared from the shadows. With a whoosh, it pierced through the wall.
Otto glanced at it. He chuckled softly. Interesting new energy? Or in other words, a new system. This trip was definitely worthwhile.
Otto drew a small dagger from his waist and severed the tentacle thread. He glanced into the shadows and then vanished in a flash.
With one strike, dark blood flowed from the monster's body. After several more attacks, the monster finally found its target.
